Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment 01 to Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MON-25589-R4, issued to Big Sur Land Trust, Project applicant. The Project includes activities related to the conversion of agricultural plots and channelized ditches into upland grassland, freshwater emergent wetland, riparian tree groves, a seasonal wetland, freshwater shrub wetland, and seasonal wetland grass depressions. The Project will provide public opportunity for nature enjoyment with implementation of bridges, walking trails, an observation deck, a boardwalk, perimeter fencing and improvements to site access. Amendment 01 includes modifications to the Project Description, Project Impacts, and Avoidance and Minimization Measure 2.5(c) within the Streambed Alteration Agreement.
