Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-26005-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Riverside County Transportation Department, as represented by Mary Zambon. The Project consists of impacts to streams associated with the widening and resurfacing of pavement along Thousand Palms Canyon Road, between Ramon Road/Washington Street and Dillon Road. The Project is limited to 0.014 acres of permanent impacts to areas within Drainages 1-9 as identified in Exhibits 2-7 of the Streambed Alteration Agreement. Permanent impacts to streams include vegetation removal, grading, compacting, and installation of asphalt associated with road widening and resurfacing. The Project will not result in temporary impacts.
