Document Description
The applicant, Central Valley Meat Company, proposes the re-issuance of a previously authorized Authority to Construct (ATC) permit for its meat rendering operation to update the ATC permit with revised emission rates and to add a PM10 emission limit for the facility. The Project also includes replacing the enclosed screw conveyor with an incline conveyor and adding an additional centrifuge for a total of three centrifuges.
