Proposal for Illumination Technologies Corp (ITC) to enter into a contract with County of Napa, Department of Public Works, to install 23 Telecommunication/Broadband monopoles and 11 IQ FireWatch poles in select locations within County Public Rights of Way, and on private property with property owner permission to provide: 1) Early warning fire sensing network covering 90% of the County; and 2) increase cellular communication and broadband wireless connectivity in some areas of the County that are currently underserved.
