Request by Alison and Matt Brynildson for a phased Variance to allow for the grading on slopes over 30% to accommodate phased development of: improvement of an existing agricultural road and construction of a primary residence, detached garage, accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with attached garage, and exterior use areas. The project would result in approximately 174,480 square feet (SF) of disturbance on a 162-acre parcel that is located on both sides of Old Creek Road. The project site is located on the east side of Old Creek Road, approximately 2 miles south of Hwy. 46 West, approximately 5 miles northeast of the community of Cayucos, in the North County planning area, Adelaida sub area.
