SPA13 proposes to modify the current Specific Plan Land Use Designation of the Project site Light Industrial (LI) to allow for the development of a 16-acre Project site with an approximate 347,918-square-foot (sq. ft.) light industrial building; the building will be divided into 339,918 sq. ft. of non-refrigerated warehouse space and 8,000 sq. ft. of office space.
