Document Description
The Proposed Action is to repair the breakwater using approx. 60,000 tons of new rock, reset approx. 29,000 of existing rock. Approx. 15,000 cubic yards of material will be excavated adjacent to the breakwater to provide access for equipment. The Proposed Action also includes measures to offset impacts to eelgrass beds affected by excavation and breakwater work, by restoring habitat within the work limits and other surrounding areas. The breakwater is located in Port San Luis Harbor, San Luis Obispo County.
