The proposed project consists of the development of a 3.6-acre parcel located on the 1200 block of Santa Ana Avenue between Dry Creek Road and Raley Boulevard, southeast of the intersection of Santa Ana Avenue with Dry Creek Road, in the northern portion of the City of Sacramento, Sacramento County that would create a truck terminal to be used for overnight parking and storage of trucks with sleeper cabs and 53-foot trailers.
