- Document Description
- The applicant is proposing to enter into a Development Agreement (DA) to develop a 40-acre parcel into a cannabis facility containing mixed-light cultivation and nursery greenhouses, and associated operational components, such as storage structures, office space, and a restroom. The project would involve demolition of two 1-acre outdoor cultivation facilities on the site. Additional project features include new septic systems with leach fields and drainage basins for runoff, future solar-panel fields for sustainable energy, and new water wells for potable, irrigation and fire protection. Construction activities are expected to begin upon completion of all expected approval and permits. Construction of the project would occur over approximately 3 years.
