Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to improve U.S. Highway 50 from post mile 75.4 to 80.1 by enhancing roadway lighting, painting the bike lane, improving bicycle signage, and enhancing crosswalk visibility. To facilitate the project the Conservancy will provide permanent easements, a transfer of jurisdiction, and a short-term right of entry agreement on portions of ANs 023-241-022, 023-241-023, 023-231-003 for the installation and maintenance of
lighting improvements and electrical conduit. The Conservancy also authorized Tahoe Resource Conservation District to enter into an easement agreement for similar improvements on portions of AN 031-020-050, pursuant to acquisition grant requirements.This is to advise that the Conservancy, acting as a responsible agency, has
