Document Description
The Los Rios Community College District is proposing to construct a new instructional building (Phase 2 of the Folsom Lake College Facilities Master Plan). The area proposed for Phase 2 Buildout is adjacent west of the existing Phase 1 instructional building. The proposed construction is a two-story, 21,000 gross square-foot building with associated hardscape and landscaping. The Los Rios Community College District is additionally proposing to expand a current parking area with 106 parking stalls east of the existing campus, across Paseo Drive.
