The proposed project consists of the installation of a 120 foot long by 30 foot wide, 8” reinforced concrete pad improvement under the sludge drying area containing the geotubes for the wastewater effluent. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the District’s Zaboc 5200 odor scrubbers (2 units) with new filtration media, water panel assembly and nozzles, and 2 HP blower units. No upgrades in capacity to the facilities are proposed and there will be no physical changes to odor scrubber’s footprint or housing.
