- CALFIRE is proposing to increase an existing 42,00 sf warehouse lease to a total of 82,292 sf of warehouse building space. Approximately 15,737 sf will be used for office functions, 2,859 sf will be used for conference room/training purposes and the remainder of approximately 63,696 sf will be used for storage. The project site is located within a developed airpark on a parcel that has been developed and is currently leased by CALFIRE.
