Four existing 2,500 gallon and one 30,000 gallon water tanks will be used. Grading to occur on site moving an estimated 10,000 cu. yds. of earth for site preparation. Construction duration is up to two months. Average annual water usage (projection) is 586,000 gallons. Two existing wells serve the site, and on site water storage capacity will be 42,500 gallons.
