- (1) A-Type 3 commercial cannabis cultivation license (medium outdoor) to allow 60,000 sq. ft. of cultivation area containing up to 43,560 sq. ft. of cannabis canopy (mature plants) per license - (1) A-Type 13 'Self Distribution' license Four existing 2,500 gallon and one 30,000 gallon water tanks will be used. Grading to occur on site moving an estimated 10,000 cu. yds. of earth for site preparation. Construction duration is up to two months. Average annual water usage (projection) is 586,000 gallons. Two existing wells serve the site, and on site water storage capacity will be 42,500 gallons.
