Notice of Determination for Hambro Family Entertainment Center Coastal Development Permit Project #CDP2002C
The project is proposed to be implemented in two phases: Phase 1 would involve the
development of an 18-hole miniature golf course with axe-throwing and batting cages, as well as restroom facilities, a storage building, concessions, and a ticket/entrance area. Phase 2 would develop a ham-surfaced go-kart track. Offstreet parking would be provided on the property frontage in the current location of the art gallery display and conex - note, see NOD.
