- Reasons for Exemption
- Class 3 – New Construction. The project proposes to install a new 16’x 27’ boatlift adjacent to an existing dock and boatlift. The project includes driving a total of 6 piles to support the new structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
