Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS No. VEN-17725, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Thousand Oaks, as represented by Nader Heydari. The whole of the Project is the Unit Y2 Wastewater Interceptor Rehabilitation project on the north fork of the Arroyo Conejo. The Project is part of the City of Thousand Oaks’ long-term program to rehabilitate its wastewater interceptor system to improve reliability and prevent future failures. The portion of the Unit Y2 Interceptor associated with this project is composed of twin 18-inch diameter reinforced plastic mortar pipe. The Project consists of five components: three temporary culvert creek crossings (C1, C2, C3), one temporary road improvement (R1), and an abandonment of a pipe clean-out structure at pipeline Station 10+00 (COA).
