Document Description
The project includes expansion of the existing Orange County Ronald McDonald House to increase the guest rooms from 21 to 44 with an addition of 17,325 square feet and to convert an existing historic single-family residence at 802 W. Culver Avenue to an accessory office space. A surface parking lot with 43 parking spaces and access from S. Batavia Street will be constructed to the south of the addition. The project includes a General Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Public Facilities & Institutions (PFI) and a Zone Change from Single-Family Residential (R-1-6) to Public Institution (PI).
