Document Description
This Agreement covers the after-the-fact notification of three culverted stream crossings in relation to cannabis cultivation. Stream crossings were constructed using the following culverts: A) An 18-inch diameter by 20-foot long high-density polyethylene (HDPE)culvert with rocked headwall and outfall ; B). A 36-inch diameter by 20-foot long HDPE culvert with rocked headwall and outfall; C)An 18-inch diameter by 20-foot long c HDPE culvert. Project activities include the general upkeep and maintenance of the culverts onsite, such as hand removal of plant materials.
