Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, EPIMS-TRI-13996-R1I, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Farms of Trinity Forest, LLC, as represented by Olivia Caccavo. Project 1 is limited to the improvement of the abutments of an existing, structurally deficient box car bridge at Barker Creek by the addition of cast in place concrete abutments above the ordinary high-water mark of Barker Creek. Project 2 is limited to the replacement of one existing, structurally deficient corrugated metal pipe (CMP) at an unnamed, Class III tributary to Little Barker Creek. The existing CMP will be replaced with a new 36-inch CMP placed at an appropriate depth, grade, and in proper alignment with the natural channel. Project 3 is limited to the installation of a culverted crossing at an unnamed, Class III tributary to Little Barker Creek.
