Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a new 1,897 square foot second floor spanning units 3 and 4 at the site. The proposed expansion of the use is intended to provide additional floor area for the storage and queuing of laundry carts. The Administrative Permit approval includes a reduction of the required number of parking spaces for the use and accounts for the six units occupied by the commercial laundry use. Additionally, none of the exceptions set forth in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 are present
