Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a new 1,897 square foot second floor spanning units 3 and 4 at the site. The proposed expansion of the use is intended to provide additional floor area for the storage and queuing of laundry carts. The Administrative Permit approval includes a reduction of the required number of parking spaces for the use and accounts for the six units occupied by the commercial laundry use.
