Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Septic to Sewer Island. The Project includes the installation of new sewer mains and private service laterals to transfer approximately 30 residences from septic systems to the City of Santa Ana’s existing sewer system. The Project will involve the installation of approximately 670 linear feet of new sewer main pipeline and associated private laterals along Pasadena Avenue, Medford Avenue, and Deodar Street, as well as the removal or abandonment of the existing septic tanks on private properties.
