Document Description
The restoration project includes the following tasks: 1) restoring 4.5 acres of coastal sage scrub habitat and 3 acres of native grassland damaged by legacy and unauthorized OHV use; 2) installing fencing to create an additional 1,600 feet of OHV barriers and prevent illegal OHV use at 5 critical locations. Barriers will be installed at key entry points and around the critical habitat and cultural resource features on the preserve for threat reduction and prevention of damage from continuing OHV usage. Entry point barriers will ensure access by non-motorized visitors.
