- Document Description
- The applicant is requesting approval of a Site Development Plan (SOP} for site improvements to an existing outdoor storage facility located on a 12.37-acre site. Site grading is proposed for reconfiguration of the outdoor storage yards, access drive aisles and parking. The project includes installing an eight-foot tall concrete screen wall atop a two-foot tall berm along the project frontage on E. Mission Rd. Proposed grading quantities include 1,650 cubic yards ( cy) of cut material, 44,000 cy of fill material with an import quantity of 42,350 cy. The outdoor storage yard currently operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will continue with the same operating hours.
