The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-KER-32570-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, 69SV8ME LLC. The Project includes the construction of a utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar generation facility capable of generating up to 500 MW of alternating current (AC) power and store up to 600-megawatt hours (MWh) of energy, which includes: solar array area, perimeter road, medium voltage cable trench, desert tortoise and perimeter fencing, and stormwater drainage (retention) basin installation.
