Document Description
The Conservancy will provide a long-term license agreement on seven parcels, and a short-term license agreement and permanent easement on one parcel, to the City to implement the Bijou Park Creek Watershed Restoration Project. The purpose of the Project is to address water quality, storm conveyance, and flooding issues. The City adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) in 2020 and considered an Addendum in May 2024.
