The project scope is to provide an emergency backup generator at the City's existing sewer lift station in the Irvine Cove Community. The generator will be underground in a pre-cast vault under the parking area at the top of the beach access stairs to Irvine Cove Beach. Construction access is proposed from the entrance to Irvine Cove to Riviera Drive.
