Renewal of fifteen (15) existing agricultural leases located at Wilder Ranch State Park and Coast Dairies properties totaling approximately nine hundred and fifty (950) acres. Farming activities are a continuation of those conducted prior to the California State Parks acquiring this land. Agricultural operations are recognized as the primary permitted use in certain areas of these park lands.
