The proposed project will result in the disturbance of approximately 47,300 square feet (including utility trenching and access road improvements) and 1,000 cubic yards of cut and fill on an approximately 19-acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located at 3939 El Pomar Drive, approximately 5 miles east of the community of Templeton.
