The scope of work is to remove the debris buildup for the full height of the dolphin/fender systems and transport the material out of the river channel, repair damages caused by the high flows, and incidental work. This project is needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure to the transportation system and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property and essential public services.
