Document Description
The City of Barstow proposes to replace the two existing bridges, · Mojave River (Bridge No. 54C-0089) and Mojave River Overflow (Bridge No. 54C-0090), over the Mojave River along North First Avenue in the City of Barstow, San Bernardino County, California. The southern terminus of the proposed project would be approximately 800 feet south of Crooks Avenue, and the northern terminus would be approximately 1,700 feet north of Irwin Avenue. North First Avenue is currently one lane in each direction and would remain one lane in each direction after construction.
