Document Description
Caltrans District 9 is proposing to widen 950 feet of southbound outside shoulders from 5 feet to 10 feet (expressway standard). The width of grading will be minimized to be 10 feet or less from the edge of the new paved shoulder. All construction work and staging areas will be within existing Right of Way.
