The Pittsburg Moves – Active Transportation Plan is intended to increase walking and biking in the city of Pittsburg. The Plan has two basic elements: 1) a set of policies, programs, and practices to support a robust and comfortable active transportation network, and 2) a comprehensive list of proposed improvements to bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure.
