Adoption of the Richmond Country Club Residential Project (SCH# 2020080120) Mitigated Negative Declaration, including adopting a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; approval of a General Plan Amendment to modify the land use classification from Parks and Recreation to Low Density Residential, a Vesting Tentative Map and Design Review to construct the Richmond Country Club Residential Project, a 94-lot residential subdivision, consisting of detached single family homes and related improvements at Markovich Lane. The City Council also introduced an Ordinance to rezone the project site from from PR, Parks and Recreation to RL-2, Single Family Low Density Residential.
