Document Description
The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), is proposing to extend the eastbound (EB) truck climbing lane (TCL) on Interstate 10 (I-10) from its current terminus at the existing EB off-ramp to Live Oak Interchange to just east of the County Line Road existing EB off-ramp at the San Bernardino County and Riverside County line (Figure 1-1). Caltrans, as assigned by the Federal Highway Administration, is the lead agency under National Environmental Policy Act. See NOC for full document description.
