Document Description
Approval of the final subdivision map for Tract No. 61 105-10A, which amended the previously approved final map for Tract No. 61105-10. The amended final map consists of 6.94 acres and creates one lot and 70 condominium units and adjusts internal streets and sewer infrastructure with in the tract. Pursuant to the State Subdivision Map Act, a local agency must approve a final map if the subdivider has-complied with all applicable requirements of State and local law and the legislative body finds that the final map is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative map. The subdivider has complied with all requirements imposed as a condition of approval of the tentative map, and the amended final map is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative map.

Reasons for Exemption
On July 18, 2017, the County of Los Angeles certified the Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2005051143) for the Mission Village project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and approved Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 61105. The approval of the final subdivision map for Tract No. 61105-1 0A is an exempt ministerial action pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(1) (exempting ministerial actions from CEQA) and CEQA Guidelines Section 15268(b)(3) (approval of final subdivision maps shall presumed to be ministerial). The subdivider has complied with all applicable requirements and the amended final map is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative map.
