Document Description
The Project includes the development of 4.0 acres, of which 2.47 acres are undeveloped, into a community building, detached residence, and parking area. Project activities include grubbing and grading of the entire Project site, trench digging, installing a 5,000-gallon equalization tank to supplement the existing septic disposal system, drilling a new well, landscaping, and other activities within the 4.0-acre Project footprint. The Project will result in permanent impacts to 2.47 acres of California tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) upland habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of California tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under CESA. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
