The project includes parking for 622 trailers and the construction of an 8,539-square-foot building, of which 3,421 square-feet will be for office operations and 5,118 square-feet will be used for trailer maintenance. Only fleet semi-trailers will be maintained at the facility. The sale of used trailers will also be conducted on site. The project site is located at the north terminus of N. Wilcox Rd. Public sewer, water, and storm water drainage will be provided by CSA 15.

Section 15061(b)(3) states that “CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.” There is no possibility that this project may have a significant effect on the environment and, therefore, the project is not subject to CEQA.
