Document Description
The proposed project would involve installation of eight (8) vehicle lifts inside an existing warehouse by Pasha Automotive Services (Tenant) in the City of National City, California. Work to specifically complete the proposed project would involve the following improvements: (1) excavation, preparation, compaction, and placement of 32 concrete footings reinforced with steel to an approximate depth of 16 to 19 inches; and (2) installation of eight vehicle lifts and associated mechanical and electrical feeds. Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to occur in Summer 2020 and would take approximately one (1) month to complete. The proposed project improvements would occur within the interior of the warehouse and would not require onsite staging. Due to its nature and limited scope, construction of the proposed project would generate a minor amount of vehicle trips and would require limited use of equipment. Therefore, significant impacts related to air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, and transportation and traffic are not anticipated to occur. Furthermore, the Tenant would be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding construction demolition debris, hazards and hazardous materials, and stormwater.
