To assist in the continued development of the Alessandro Commerce Centre and the implementation of Brown Street, the Exeter Alessandro Land, LLC and the County of Riverside, are requesting that March Joint Powers Authority to dedicate its portion of Brown Street to the County of Riverside The Dedication of Easement contains a legal description of the portion of Brown Street that is the subject of the dedication. The parcel/area of Dedication is approximately 28' wide, and approximately 2,543.82 feet Iong.

The Offer of Dedication of land for public right-of-way purposes is not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"). The proposed action does not involve any commitment to a specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, therefore, no further action is required under CEQA (Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines (14 CCR 15061(b) 3)).
