Notice of Determination for approval of a Use Permit application to expand facilities at an existing Community Religious Assembly with the addition of an 18,810-square-foot multi-purpose building to be used as a gymnasium/hall, office, storage, commercial kitchen, and classrooms for up to 200 students. The building is proposed with a maximum occupancy of 400 and will operate during non-mass hours. The building will not change the maximum seating capacity of the Community Religious Assembly which is currently 312. (Use Type: Religious Assembly – Community) This parcel is developed with parking, driveways, drainage, administration office, and existing church. There are 12 new parking spaces proposed for a total of 199 parking stalls. This parcel has access from South Cardinal Avenue, and will utilize public water and sewer, with an on-site stormwater retention basin.
