Document Description
The proposed project will grade existing rock deposited within the project area during 2017 flood events. The rocks will be placed within the Butte Creek north bank to protect it from additional erosion. The project will not excavate any native soil and it is limited to the relocation of rocks within the existing channel. The area affected is approximately 100 feet by 15 feet. All work will occur within the dry channel bed. A temporary access road will be constructed with local materials and removed after completion of the project. All the materials will be placed to match the existing bank profile. No work will occur within the active channel
