The Project would include a three-story, 33-unit apartment building on a 1.66-acre site. The apartment units would be affordable to low- and very low-income households and would include 13 three-bedroom units at 1,055 square feet each, 18 two-bedroom units at 955 square feet each, and 2 one-bedroom units at 720 square feet each. The existing single family residence and barn would be demolished. Project development would include frontage improvements and a new access road at the south end of the site.
