The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Anderson Park Village Consolidation. The Project includes the following major components: -Installation of permanent bypass piping for connection to temporary booster pump. -Removal of the existing Volonte Well pump and video inspection of the casing. -Cleaning of the well casing with a National Sanitation Foundation-approved product and redevelopment of existing well. -Installation of a new well pump, valves, and header piping. -Construction of a new well building, complete, with sodium hypochlorite facilities. -New electrical equipment and monitoring via the City’s SCADA system. -New generator and automatic transfer switch. -New 4-inch connection from the existing 8-inch water main in Bruce Street to APV. -New 2-inch compound master meter and 2-inch RPP for APV. - Decommission APV existing well and storage tank.

Improvements are proposed at three locations within the City of Anderson, California 96007: the Anderson Park Village (APV) apartment complex on the southeast side of Bruce Street, the City's Volonte Well site on the northwest side of Bruce Street in the southern area of Volonte Park, and the Emergency Bypass Site in the southeast terminus of West Street.
