The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to resurface the existing pavement on State Route 58 in Kern County from 6 miles southeast of the San Luis Obispo County line to the junction with State Route 33 near McKittrick (post miles 6.0 to 15.4 ). This project would also replace 8 culverts within the project limits. All work would be within Caltrans right-of-way.
