Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a SB-1 highway maintenance project to restripe 1.5 miles of State Route 4 (both directions) in San Joaquin County in Stockton from Navy Drive to Mormon Slough Bridge (No. 29-237LR). Construction will occur on paved surfaces within Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this project is to bring the striping to current 6" standards and to rejuvenate existing delineation. The need for this project is to prevent further deterioration of striping visibility.
