This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15312. Class 12 exempts certain projects from further CEQA evaluation, including Class Twelve for Surplus Government Property Sales and whereas there is no possibility that the sale of the Property will have a significant impact on the environment.
