Document Description
The purpose of this project is to consolidate the Shady Lane Mobile Home Park (MHP), a small Severely Disadvantaged Community of 40 mobile homes that currently rely upon septic systems, into the Coachella Sanitary District municipal wastewater system by installing a new 8-inch sewer main from Avenue 54, south along Shady Lane and east into the Shady Lane MHP. This project would result in improved system reliability and groundwater quality. See attached maps.
