Document Description
Construct a service station which will include one fuel canopy with twelve fueling stations for vehicle fueling and a 3,033 sq. ft. retail commercial building. Project will include installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk as well as road build-out along Tulare Ave, Mooney Blvd, Silva Street and Sunset Ave as well as a culvert over a TIO canal.

The project is consistent with the existing General Plan and zoning designations and regulations. The proposed development occurs within the City limits on a project site less than five acres and substantially surrounded by urban uses. The site has no value as habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species. Project will not result in significant effects to traffic, noise, air and water quality. Site is served by public services.
