Document Description
The project is limited to the excavation of approximately 10,000 cubic yards of sediments from the existing reservoir. Access will be performed through and existing road. The sediments will be placed outside the active channel where they cannot pass into waters of the state. Only emergent vegetation within the existing pond will be impacted by the project. Prior to starting construction activities, the existing reservoir will be gradually drained to prevent sediment release into Mud Creek.

Class 1 because the proposed activity consist of the maintenance of existing structure involving negligible or no expansion of these structures; and Class 4 because the project is minor alteration in the condition of land and it does not involve the removal of any scenic trees.
